He is a Good Team Builder, Go-getter, and Assertive. Prior to this organization he was Jt. Managing Director in KRR Drugs and Intermediates. Had good exposure to run the operation as profit centre. He coordinates various functions in develop strategy and action plan. His area of expertise includes Business Strategy, Planning & operations and Quality Management.

Mr. Arunkumar is a CA with over 25 Years of experience in handling Commercial, Finance & Accounting and Regulatory functions, in "Projects" & "Multi Business Entities" and is currently the CFO of the company.

Before joining Ogene, Mr.Arun Kumar served with Reliance Industries Group for well over a decade in various capacities in businesses like Retail- Lifestyle, Infocomm and the Petroleum Refinery.

Mr. A.M.Kumar is a M Sc (Tech) Fermentation Technology from Mumbai university - a Chemical Technologist, having over 25 years of extensive experience which includes planning, process design, and commissioning of chemical plants, production of API’s and fine chemicals from bench scale to commercial plant capacities. Also has sound knowledge of High vacuum distillation unit and fractional distillation systems.

Mr. M.Nageswara Rao is a B.Sc., MBA from Bharatiya Vidhyapeeth’s. Prior to this organization he was associated with DIVI’s Laboratories, MATRIX Laboratories, KEKULE Pharma and SMILAX Laboratories Ltd. Has remarkable experience in Marketing of API’s and Intermediates in national and international market, expert in achieving targeted turnovers and playing a key role in Business Development activity with several Domestic and International customers.

G. Panchapakesan
Mr. Panchapakesan, is a M.Sc. M.Phil., from University of Madras having 20 years experience in the field of Bulk Drugs and Drug Intermediates. Prior to this organization he was an Associated Principal Scientist in GVK Biosciences, and also associated as Scientist in various organizations. Expert in Medicinal Chemistry, and proficiently developed and commercialized process for a carbapenem anti-biotic Meropenem for the first time in lndia. A very good Team Leader and trouble shooter.

Dr. B. Sreenivas
Dr. B. Sreenivas, is a M.Sc. Ph.D from Osmania University, Hyderabad & Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He has rich experience in R&D. He did his Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in University of Manitoba, Canada. He was a Chemistry faculty during 1997-2001. His achievements includes non-natural C-linked carbo-a-amino acids, new class of mixed a -peptides and invented new methods and reagents in the field of Synthetic organic chemistry. Has expertise in design and synthesis of peptides, Novel chemical entities and API’s, handling of high molecular weight compounds and is an excellent team player.
